Awww, that's a really vute little cartoon. You should give him a milk carton or a bottle of milk to justify the name!
I think the ear needs a line in the middle to show the hollow part if you know what I mean and it's slightly big with a thinner line than the majority of the outline so it stands out a bit too much but generally this is really good. I think the clothes have been done well and I love the eyes.
