General Error

I get exactly the same error as Pengu when trying to view folders in my portfolio:

SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ]

You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'AND t.forum_id = f.forum_id AND t.topic_noappear != 1 ORDER BY t.top' at line 20 [1064]

An sql error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact an administrator if this problem persists.

YWS is signing me out about once every ten minutes, mostly when I'm on blogs, in Groups, or posting a new message. I get no error message, just get the log-in screen should I be in a member's only area, or I suddenly don't see marks for new posts should I be in a guest-accessible area.

EDIT- I'm using Safari, latest version.

I got the same error as Master_Yoda, this comes up whenever I try to open portfolios.

The main problems with portfolios have now been fixed. Not sure why they even stopped working in the first place.

Young Gun ->> The Mask isn't showing up because you've set it to be invisible. When you go to your profile, you'll see The Mask with a grey book next to it. Simply click, "Make this visible."

Typing "damn" in chat gives a message saying-I love you.

Its really embarrasing

Please have it removed.

Has anyone noticed this before?

It does that with all swearwords. It's not necessary to say that word in chat. Say something like "whoops" instead.

When I click "Normal View" on my portfolio, I see my threads that aren't in folders. When I click on "Editing View," I can't see these threads to put them in folders.

Young Gun ->> Good, I'm glad it's embarrassing. That's the entire purpose. Next time, don't swear. Pretty simple.

Rosey ->> I'll look into what's going on. Can you give me one or two examples of such threads? Thanks.

The only threads I don't have have sorted are the Discussion Thread I started for a storybook and threads I've started in Book Reviews. Everything else I had sorted before YWS switched over, so I don't have other examples than that.

EDIT- I should have done this first, but the final thread is one I started in Poetry Discussion and Tips.

On people's profiles, if you are looking at the guest book area and you try to click on the next page it takes you to the main forum area? *is trying to see if that made any sense at all*

Sorry for posting so soon after the last time, but I just wanted to say I'm having the same problem as Tiff. Whenever I click on the next page of a guestbook, I'm taken to a board that has all the forums (including Group Archives) instead of the next page in the guestbook.

Rosey ->> There's no need to do double bug reports. It clutters this thread and adds a little more hassle for me since I have to sift through it.

The portfolio bug you mentioned is now fixed.

OverEasy ->> I know what's going on; I'm just not really sure how to fix it. I'll try to figure it out now.

I tried posting in a storybook me and a few other people have been writing for a while now, but then I got a message saying I have zero points and it takes five points to post. It might be a bug from moving YWS over to the new site, and if not then I couldn't find any threads talking about the change. If it's the latter, someone should probably put something up letting everyone know.
