Hola, you literary-inclined kids! Interested in film?

Hi. Nice you meet you, YWS members!
I've loved writing as long as I've been able to...I've also been obsessed with movies since I was a wee lad. I like writing scripts (as well as nonfiction; I find straight-up fiction difficult to write, but I enjoy the form immensely), and making movies! I want to be a screenwriter/director as a career.

If you guys have any ideas for scripts, are working on any that you'd like to share, or you just want to say hey, hit me up!

I've always wanted to write a script, but never really got the confidence to do it. Somehow I think I'd leave a ton of important information out, hah. In any case: if you need any help with navigating the site, questions on the rules and whatnot of the site, let myself or another moderator know.

Hey! Welcome to the site. What kind of movies do you enjoy? I'm an oldie person with movies. I love Bogart and Cagney, Hitchcock and all that. I like new movies as well, but I have a thing for black and white.

I've only written one play, it was for the stage though rather than film. Zach Braff made me want to write a script, but it never happened.
