I took these with the digital camera (grr, can't find my scanner cable) so they're not as high-quality as I want them to be but... well, you work with what you got, yes?



My fashion girl, who I doodled last night.



My pirate, who's name is "Malya the Siren". She has a place in my stories somewhere in around the 1500's. I think.



Ninja girl! Waha haha.



And my ditsy little mermaid girl. I draw a mermaid once a year, this was 2004's mermaid.

Though on the last one the mermaid's head is too small or the neck is too big.

Yeah, I agree with Emma, the head is a little small but other than that it's a bloody fine piece of work. You should be very PROUD!

Yes, you'll notice if you take a glance through my work that this is the case some 75% of the time. It is intentional and it is my style.

This is my mom, when she was much younger. She had this really, really beautiful long mane of curly brown hair, though her eyes are gray and not green. It's still my mom. =)

i love your drawing style. very good. go for more detail, though - your good at it.

It may be your style to make large necks, but large necks make your women look maleish.

Id suggest you invest in a scanner, camera's ruin details and lthe lighting dulls.

On the first one, the legs seem to be a bit too far apart, if you were to draw through the skirt they would end up too far away from each other.

I suggest you do a "presketch", just the basic shapes and lines so your symmetry, as your faces seem to have a small problem with, so you can see how it will generally be.

The pirate chick is so AWESOME!!! *is jealous* These are all really cool, especially the pirate and the ninja.

ididn't exactly like the mermaid and the ninja girl but the rest of them are awesome and i love your choice of colours!!!

The mom drawing was awesome, and my only problem was the neck, sorry, but it looked like a bodybuilders' neck

I do think your necks are too fat. Apart from that, these drawings are so cool!! I like the ninja girl best!
