that's the statue outside the airport, and the tower thingy behind it
Here's the theme park in my city, Carowinds:

Apparently this is what flying over Livermore looks like.
Ok, this is really creepy. I just found this picture:
..and that's the temple that's BEHIND MY HOUSE! Literally! There's my house, then the backyard, and the back wall to my backyard is also the wall of the parkinglot to that temple. Gah.
I should get off my lazy butt and take some pictures of my own..
o.O you have a temple pracitcly in your backyard? XD

It's a Hindu temple. Freaking annoying when they have their little festivals.. Ringing that bell alllll daaay loooong.. (no offense to anyone who's Hindu, of course!)

Very nice, especially those ones of England. I'd love to visit. Where I live, it doesn't snow, and it hardly gets cool enough for a sweater.
This, literally, is where I live. See those mountains? Middle of no where. I go swimming here on the weekends:

when I said the middle of no where, it wasn't exactly true. About half an hours drive and this is what you should see (cairns):

Man, I love seeing these photos. Especially of places outside the United States. It's stuff I'm not used to and it's just awesome.
Here's Kansas City folks, in all its glory (I'm not THERE, but I want to be, I live in a very small town on the outskirts):
The Nelson Atkins Museum of Art (complete with modern impressionate-whatever art on the front lawn. Just consider it "the gods have to play games too")
One of our many casinos
The Liberty Memorial. Funny story, that. It's said that a madam of a large string of brothels made a large, large contribution to the fundraiser for this memorial when it was being built, and so she got to choose what shape it would be in.
...use your imagination (though this probably doesn't require much *wink wink*)
This would be Union Station, which hosts a whole crap load of museum-y stuff. And this is just after one of our big storms. I'm in the middle of one whilst I type, too.
$4 Mil. artwork stuff. I'm still not sure if each one of those COST $4 Mil or if that was the total for all four of them. Whatever it was... waste of space if you ask me. Though it can be pretty... I'd much prefer better schools...
Out in prairie-land, somewhere in Kansas.
I love going into that city at night, it just takes my breath away. Hanging out at TJ's on the gallery strip where the "lofts" are more for young successful business men but four blocks away stabbings happen nearly every night. Nichol's which is open 24 hours (except Monday) since 1912. They say that Westport--where I go for all the small concerts that come to town--is something like a mini San Francisco. Except it gets boiling hot and freezing cold. And then there's the fact that only forty miles away you'll be neck-deep in rednecks.
But hey, we had Ginger Rogers and Walt Disney O.~
And yes, the sunsets really look like that.[/img]
I'm not even angry... I'm being so sincere right now.
Even though you broke my heart.
And killed me... And tore me to pieces.
And threw every piece into a fire.

nah, its actually about the same time in both.
there were some building changes in the second one. knocked some down, and added one really tall one. which, if you happen to be aproaching omaha at night, iluminates part of the night sky, right above the building, because the top lights are so bright.

Ok I don't really live in a city...Well tachnically I live in Perth but my family lives in Mt Barnett which is a small community in the middle of nowhere. So I decided to show you pictures of that...
Coz I dont have any of my own I found some on the net
That pictures of our airstrip (the big road) the little one underneath it is the Gibb River Roar and we live just a few minutes to the left side of the photo.
Denver is SO pretty at sunset. The funny shaped building is known as the "cash register" building.
Civic Center Park with the city in the background. You can see the cash register building on the far left.
Another picture of downtown, with the Rockies in the background. I can see this from the right place in my neighborhood. Neat, no?
This is the Mercury Cafe, or the Merc as we affectionatly refer to it. I go here for open mike poetry when I'm home. Every Friday night. The poetry kicks ass, and the people are great.
Merc again. Better view of the outside.
My high school. One of 4 buildings on our campus.
