She's hearing voices call her, warn her. She just can't sleep in her bed. She's falling down the stairs, she's tearing out her hair. She's screaming my name in the night to keep her warm. She's got a red pill, a blue pill, and every other pill in between. She's scared of the blacks and she's scared of the Jews. She is walking around, she's yesterday's news. And she screams out my name in the dead of the night. She is leaving my room, she is crying on her side. Walking on eggshells then walking on glass. Burnt by the mirror and burnt by the light. Feeling rejection I'll burn down your house. Tearing down posters like I was never alive.

Blacks? Jews? This is sounding like Nazi Europe, not 9/11 America.

The bit about the pills was good, and the feelings you provoke are nice. I'd like to read more, if you have any.
*Don't expect to see me around much in the next couple of weeks. School has started again, and it'll be a couple of weeks before I've settled in. If you've asked me for a critique, you will get it, but not for a little while. Sorry*
