*Shifty Eyes*

Hi, I'm not to good at introductions, in fact I usually just try to slip in unnoticed, but perhaps I could do something different?

Mixing it up is fun sometimes, but I'm still not so sure. The prospect of meeting new people always scares me. A large portion of the total population seems to be horrible people with bland and uninteresting personalities.

I don't like that at all. I like to play. Being held back constantly annoys me. And boring or bad people just turn me off to some places entirely.

I hope this place is different, perhaps here I could fly?

Cast of the silly shackles and do something fun for once.

Until I know I'll stand in the back looking at this place with shifty eyes, on the defensive.

Here's hoping.

:P We'd all like to think we're interesting. But then, that depends on who's typing. xD

I'm Sumi. One of the folks you can feel free to PM if you want a critique or a question answered. :D

Well, you've said a lot about yourself...except what we greeters usually ask: What do you write and who's your favorite author? XD

Make yourself at home! Nobody bites...until you put up a piece of work, that is. :P And then we use chainsaws and scalpels. ;)

Hi! Don't listen to Sumi, we're not that bad... well, some of us can be, but it's all meant well!

Well, I'm Smurf, the Captain, Cpt Smurf... Or you can just call me Kyle!

Anyways, like Sumi, feel free to PM me any time if you have any questions (beware of that, by the way - not the PMing, but that message. Within a few hours you'll doubtless have a whole chorus of "feel free to PM me any time"s in this thread!). The Moderators are the people who can help: Junior Mods have their names in light green (ie. me and Sumi) and we can mod a particular forum. Senior Mods have their names in dark green, and can mod any forum. And we're all here to help.

Anyway, that's the formalities over with. What genre do you read/write in? What's your favourite music/TV programme/film/food etc.? We're a nosy bunch round here!

-Kyle
There's always been a lot of tension between Lois and me, and it's not so much that I want to kill her, it's just, I want her to not be alive anymore.

haha, of course we're nosy! We just want to know everything there is to know about everything. Or at least I do.

Anyway! Hi! I'm Mesh, another one of those who'll say "PM me if you have any questions" types. Welcome to YWS! We don't bite. Honest. Or at least it doesn't hurt the first time ;)

I tend to write in Fantasy or Sci-fi, out of pure fun factor. I tend to write peotry a lot in school, mostly out of boredom and observation.

I don't watch TV, ever. Ever. I mean period. Besides lacking one to watch, I don't even like it when I'm over a friends house and it's on, so I don't have any favorite shows or anything like that.

I also don't have a favorite author, if you can captivate my attention, I'll generally read anything they write. I can usually tell within the first few page whether or not I like it enough to read the whole way through.

I certainly hope those posts weren't sugar coated.

*Continues Observation*

Well... it's good do be cautious, but we aren't that dangerous *covers fangs with an inconspicuous gesture* and we won't hurt you...out out of malice, anyway.

I know how you feel about boring people. They can be so... well... boring! But people here tend to be very interesting and friendly and nice and all that stuff.

I was going to say "PM me anytime you want to"... but I guess I won't now.

See you around!

Even if you didn't say it, you did write it.

Although I'm not so prudent as to spam pm you without your consent.

Thanks for the welcomes, nonetheless.

Hey Sky,

Welcome on-board. We only bite work around here (read my works and the reviews thereof), but we can all always do better. That's the joy of a community such as this, we spur each other on to higher levels of quality. Sorry, I can get a little philosophic sometimes. Anyway, holler if I can do anything for ya.

Well, you sound like you have exactly the opposite--an interesting personality. Possibly even electric.
Ah well. I'm feeling really odd...I was just outside with my dog and I feel, like, drunk on life. Whoa, that sounds weird.

I don't watch TV, ever. Ever. I mean period. Besides lacking one to watch, I don't even like it when I'm over a friends house and it's on, so I don't have any favorite shows or anything like that.

Same for me. I hate TV. My brother watches it all the time 'n I'm like, Bleh. TV is sooo boring.

But hey, maybe you will fly here! I'm flying! Wheeeee.....

Anyways, I'll stop freaking you out now.
Feel free to PM me with any questions or if you'd like me to critique your work!

Feel free to freak out around me, it adds elements of interest.

Thanks, I do often feel that I could go around my school, or even work and fit one person into the same category as ten-thousand others, so I try and push myself away from all that and work towards being who I am.

Sometimes thats really hard, but I try.

Thanks for the welcomes.

Indeed it is. I don't know how I would get by without chocolate. ^^
Who is to say? Not me. I say lots of things, but many of them are senseless rambles.
