Hello...obviously new here =]

Hey! I'm Heather.
I'm 14 going on 15 and love animals =]
Obviously I also love to write but I have trouble coming up with ideas. I like many genres from romance to fiction, horror to science fiction.
When I do sit down to write, I can never think of how to start a story. I also get bored with it after a few days, and stop writing, which isn't a very good thing.
I hope this forum will give great examples and help so I can finally understand what my passion is to write about and to get the courage to write something for over a few days. =]

As for the writing, there are plenty of examples for you to read (and hopefully review). I'm sure you will discover with time what interests you the most--but for now, why not experiment with different genres and see what you come up with? I'd be glad to critique your work, so drop me a line when you post some, but make sure you review two other pieces first!

Don't worry if you're having trouble settling on one novel in particular; I used to be hopeless at that. Perhaps give short stories or poetry a go? Or maybe flash fiction if you're into that.
