He gave me a crooked grin. My heart fluttered with excitement. He looked so gorgeous.
This immediately made me think of 'Twilight'. You know, because Edwards has that crooked smile that Bella likes so much.
I couldn’t speak for a moment. I just sort of stood there, looking stupid in my purple American Eagle shirt and still damp brunette hair.
I was kind of confused by the 'in my purple American eagle shirt and still damp brunette hair'. She's in her hair?
I think it would sound better if you replaced 'in' with 'with'
“Hello there,” said the sickeningly sweet voice of Roslyn Jacobs. She came, in all her platinum blonde, breast implanted glory, and sat right next to Liam. “I don’t think I know you.”
Again, this really made me think of Twilight, because one of Edward's sisters is called Rosalie, and she's a blonde.
However, I really liked your description of her. It's a bit cliche, in the way that in alot of books, the annoying, flirty, popular girl is a blonde, you know? But it doesn't bother me.
Can’t stand her! I thought as she proceeded to flirt with him.
Did you mean to say 'I can't stand her'? Anyways, I think you should put her thoughts in italics
Roslyn leaned over to him and whispered, “Romania? That’s hot.” She was making another attempt at being the next Paris Hilton, both talent less and trashy.
'Talent less' should be 'talentless'
Well that’s not surprising, I thought, considering how all that bleach must be affecting your memory!
Again, thoughts in ialics
Mark ignored her jab and opened his book unfazed.
I think there should be a comma after 'book'
“Yeah, thanks,” I said, taking it. I was shocked at how cold it was. For a moment, I thought I’d stuck my arm in a freezer.
I'm sorry, but that's a major no-no. If you ever want this published, then do not copy Stepehenie Meyer's idea about vampires having really cold skin.
I don’t know what made me turn. Whether it was because now he was staring at me, not even bothering to blink, or because of the way he acted. All I know is that I saw him, with his unblinking eyes, trying to get as far away from me as possible without falling out of his chair.
That exact scene happens in 'Twilight'. I think you should come up with own ideas instead of using someone elses.
