Im new here

Hey im new here any advice to getting started.

Well, the first thing is to post. And don't forget to critique others.

Hi there and Welcome to YWS!
I'm sure you'll love it and everyone is friendly here, so they won't chew your ears off if you do something unusual, but I do have some suggestions for getting started:
-What kind of writing do you do? (poetry, fantasy fiction, play scripts etc)-
But before you post some of your work, you have to review at least two other pieces. Just browse through the forums index until you find something that interests you, and it's easy after that!
Once you've done the reviews, you can post some of your own stories/poems/scripts/lyrics etc. I'll be sure to come read it if you do
-Make some friends-
I would suggest making a topic in the Community forums about yourself (favourite colour, hobbies, fave movies etc) so that you can find people with similar interests. Then you can request to be their friend.

Ayra pretty much covered it. Read FAQs too... those are really helpful.

But what attracted me to your forum is your name!! Are you a dancer? What kind of dance? BALLET?? I study ballet very seriously.
