Thye both look like different people, lol. I think I like the second one best - the first one's lips are too pink, and the colours are altogether a bit too bright and psychedelic.

the top one shows off the color of your eyes, and it shows an innocence not seen in the second one. , the color of your lips stand out also, it is a beautiful picture.

I voted for the first one, because the second one is too MySpace-y; the down-the-shirt camera angle, being on your cellphone, and we can tell how you're taking the picture, thanks to your arm in the photo.
I agree that the first one is better. I think that the second one looks posed because it looks like you took the photo of yourself... and yet, if it's not candid, why are you on a cell phone? The first one is a little more artistic. You're very cute!

The first one has kinda awkard color, and just is too bright for me. the second one looks more natural, but also doesn't have as much personality as the first one. I'd have to say....... Second.
