Faraway Winter

Walking along a path painted with white,
In the distance, there shines a light...

Snowflakes rain down a joyful dance,
Touching down onto the palm of my hand.
A moon hangs in the sky, poking at the trees,
Illuminating a heart full of grief.

Open your eyes, let a dream fly,
And unfold a new picture of a colourful life.

Holding your hand, I spread my wings,
Soaring high above where guardian angels sing.
The elegance of a white world traps me in an imaginary ring,
A beautiful image reflected in a frozen sea.

My spirit flies, carrying a bright illusion,
Sending it free into the distance.
Climbing a mountain sprinkled with innocence,
Seemed like an unbelievable vision.

It feels so free to ride a mirage,
To unfold a picture of a childhood fairytale.

Holding your hand, we reach the sky,
Soaring into an unlimited future, sinking into time.
Standing in front of destiny's sunrise,
I clearly remember seeing a blaze of wishes in your eyes.

Walking into an endless world of white,
In the distance, a future shines bright...
