Sub-Realism, Just the head of an ork, red beedy eyes, a wide grin, head at 3/4th view with lightsource at 10:30 more towards the user. The teeth should have bits of food sticking out and the face fades into the black background.

There is that detailed enough? A bit too detailed I suppose.

Black, short hair. Kinda messy, a few lank bits in front of his eyes. (try not to make it manga-y, he is supposed to be British )

Violet eyes...

Prominent, dark 'M' branded into his hand.

Put him in a black, (stiff, kinda blazer-like)long-sleeved, knee-length coat, a white collared shirt under that. Bit of lace at the throat/cuffs if you wish. (Just stick him in jeans for the picture because Napoleonic dress would look kinda freaky in cartoon)

For the avatar, the angle should be like Harley's (YAY!). The bit on the side should read 'Wicked', in old-ish cursive script...you could embellish on that if you'd like. Do whatever the heck you think looks good for the background.
