I use 1st or 3rd person. It just depends on the story and what perspective I feel like writing in.

Well I used to write in the third person. But then I wrote in the first person once, and now its my favorite way to write.

What's up with all the Pat Buchanan options?

Haha, anyways, I generally prefer writing in 1st person, I can have so much more personality in the narrative, however for certain books I feel that it's easier to write in the third, so I can show certain things that I couldn't necessarily make clear using first person.

I love first person perspective, because it allows me to get really deep into the characters and their emotions. It's hard, but I enjoy it.

I picked "No preference" because, even though I tend to favour first person, lately I've been writing in everything, including second! It's just fun to get an idea and let the story take you where it wants to go.

I chose 1st person as I like to concentrate on thoughts and feelings.

I like first person, it has more character depth. But I usually write in third person, it makes it easier to jump from character to character.
So in other words, I like both equally.

First and third.
Second is hard for longer work.

I write both third and first. Sometimes in a book like "Exorcist School" I was writing alternate. 1-2 paragraphs in the third and the next in first person. I like to write in first especially when I have different characters. In another novel I have the POV's are from most of the major characters, including the antagonist. They all have chapters to speak their mind.

Quotegenworthy is a adjective which should be used on YWS way more.
