Number 10- Make big friends. If push comes to shove, they will give you some sort of security. Whenever my friends invite me to the beach or to the pool, I make sure they invite the biggest friend I have. She's about twice my size in weight. That way I know I will look thinner that someone in a bikini. But not manipulate your big friends too much. They are probably going through the same insecurities as you, only they know they're big, you only think you are. Try giving them compliments like "I love that haircut" or "I wish my eyes were as bright as yours" to make sure they feel as good around you as you do around them.

This is sickening advice. You're telling us that a good way to feel good about ourselves is to have fat friends? The way to look good to other people is to have at least one pork chop hanging around when you're in your bikini at the beach?

That is possibly the most selfish reason to ever have a friend.
