Spot walked silently out of the barn. No patrols had been assigned to her. I guess I'll hunt. She thought as she spotted a mouse. She killed it quickly and buried it. I'll get it later. Spot trugged away from the dead mouse to find another one.

Alisa

"Sky's tail, what a mess," Alisa muttered. She'd never let her own apprentice get away with the hodge-podge that Mist kept.

Then again, she reflected, Dawn did have her moments. Like that one time she'd spilled the pollen... A sharp pain jabbed at her side. What is that? Spirits don't get thorns in their sides.

Then she thought of Raul. Was he hurt?

History: She is lost cat, from a far away land. She had left her home because of a bager. It killed everyone she knew and loved. Now she is wondering endlessly searching for a home.

Tage nodded raptly, eager for some company. She respected Cyla and was eager for a chance to hunt with her.

"I'm headed out a little farther,"Tage said, rising to her feet, "If you don't mind."

"Not at all," Cyla replied.

Tage purred briefly and flicked her ears forward, she wanted to get out near the bigger game. Try eating mice for about six weeks straight, yech!

"Do you know the way to some bigger game?" Tage asked, a little disoriented.

Traits: sneaky and sly of course, with a fiery temper but can be reasonable, considerably more so than several of his kind
Rank: well no 'official' rank since hes not in a Claw or anything but he's a hunter and kind of a loner, like most foxes

Traits: He is somewhat arrogant, and tends to think of himself as being better than anything that can't fly. He is willing to help if he can see a benefit in it, and is generally willing to provide news for those who wish to hear it, even if they don't have wings.

Rank: Hunter, but hawks don't really have tribes.

[Raitt]

It was getting late and the nocturnal prey was just starting to creep out. Raitt lay near his den, hungry for some meat.

It didn't take long for it to show itself, a large rat. Raitt shifted his weight to his haunches and then launched onto the mouse, trapping it with his forepaws. He leaned over and scooped up the little morsel in one bite. He flicked his tail and started toward a rabbit den he had noticed.

With a final sniff to reassure his suspicions, Raitt began digging. The dirt was soft and moist, thankfully, and he soon broke into a dug out den. He killed the rabbits inside quickly, though several escaped, and ate his fill. He wished for bigger prey.

His ears snapped up when he heard the soft thud of paws, and he melted into a bush to spy. It was a couple of cats, Raitt snarled softly. Cats! Ugh! He hoped they didn't touch his prey.

When they passed through his territory and it became apparent that their destination was elsewhere, Raitt began trailing them.

Spot~

Spot trugged through the forest. Suddenly the ground beneath her gave away and she began to slide on her back.

"AH! Watch out!" She yelled at a black and white cat, but it was to late, Spot and the other cat ran into each other, both rolling through the forest.

Species: Fox

Traits: Sly, Outgoing, she doesn't hate cats nor does she hurt them, unless another fox needs help...

The two cats rolled down the hill in the forest. It almost seemed to never stop, but they fell into a pond. Ruki struggled to get out of the pond and clawing her way out onto the bank. The other cat, Spot, soon made her way out as well. Ruki ran to her- very consurned.

"Are you alright?" She wondered.

"Yah....huhuh..." Spot breathed heavily.

Cyla

"This way," I instructed, prowling through the grass towards a thicket of trees. Tage followed, the grass rustling softly as we made our way across, both alert, both sniffing the air.

"Should be able to find a hawk. They often fly low here."

"A hawk?" Tage whispered, the excitement frothing in her voice. "Let's hope no foxes beat us to it." I nodded in response, shifting lower to the ground as I noted movement near the thicket of trees, a slight rustling of the grass, a shift in the air.

"Fox?" Tage whispered.

"Maybe."

~Spot~

Spot looked at the cat. "You're not from around here are ya?" Spot meowed. The black and white cat stared at her and shook her head.

"No. But, I am looking for a place to stay." The other cat smiled.

"You can come to my home. I'm SpottedFeather but, most people call me Spot. What's your name?" Spot asked.


[Tama]

Tama rocked back on her haunches as a hawk flew low past her. Tama lauched her self at the bird, knocking it to the ground and sliting its throat. She looked up from her kill and saw two cats, Cyla and Tage she believed. Tama tossed the hawk at them and wagged her tail.

"You can have that if you want it." She barked. She saw another hawk dive at her, expecting a fight. Tama flipped around and quickly killed the other hawk.

"You want one too, Raitt?" She asked the hidden fox, smiling a little.

" I am Ruki." She answered." I would love to live here Spot."

Spot purred, as she licked her paw.

"So, where do you live?" Ruki meowed in curiosity.

She also has a scar on her left forepaw.

Traits: Very good hunter, she is good at making friends, but is careful when it comes to trust.
Rank: Hunter, but is a good fighter if needed as a warrior

[Raitt]

Annoyed at being spotted, Raitt crept forward.

"If I wanted one, Tama, I would catch it myself," he snapped.

"Touchy. As always."

Raitt flicked his tail in annoyance, "What are you two doing here?"

"Hunting, and you? Stalking?"

"Perhaps. But I've suddenly lost my curiousity at your stench. Tama? Let's go." He turned to leave, in a bad mood suddenly. Perhaps it was the rabbits. Oh well. He wondered if Tama would follow; as much as she annoyed him sometimes, he enjoyed her company.

Tage was slightly ruffled by the fox's hostility and glanced over at Cyla for help. Her eyes were on the foxes. Tage shifted her weight so that she looked less ready to attack and waited to see if they would leave so she could hunt.
