Hi everyone, as you can see I'm new here. My names LJones (LJ For short). Im from Ohio and graduated from high school this past June. My main focus is writing articles (mainly sports), because in the Spring I hope to be enrolled at The Ohio State University,majoring in journalism. I never actually realized I like writing until I took Journalism instead of English my senior year. So now here I am looking to pursue a career in the subject. I hope to improve on my skills as a writer before starting school in the spring. Feedback is deffinitly welcome and much appriciated. Thanks!

I don't think we have a whole lot of journalists here but, then again, I don't spend a whole lot of time in the Non-Fiction section of the literary forums.

Don't you love when you take classes that really inspire you? (On the flip side, don't you hate it when one bad teacher kills your interest in a subject?)

So... what kind of books do you like to read? What's your least favorite movie? Do you like guinea pigs? If you had eight minutes to spend any way you wanted, what would you do?
