Are you really getting fair justice?
In order to insure fair justice, a lot of laws have been made. But, are you really getting fair justice? They are a lot of laws to insure that the defendant gets fair justice. But, does the victim get fair justice? The victim is not even, allowed to talk in the court room. The only people that are really allowed to talk are the witnesses. How can we insure that, the victim is getting fair justice? I don’t really think we can. More about the defendant laws, there are laws that protect the defendant if, they are mentally insane and from, self incrimination. And not to mention, there are the Marana rights. These give the defendant the right to an attorney. Shouldn’t the victim be able to tell their story? I think so. I believe more action needs to be done to insure that, the victim gets fair justice. I also know that at times, there have been corruptions in the curt room. For example, I don’t find it fair that the defendant can have up to twelve professional lawyers this, makes it harder for the prosecutor to present their case. Also, there is the chance that the judge might allow crazy notions that, evidence was planted on other people’s property. Why does the judge allow such nonsense? More about the action that needs to be taken for the victim, I think we should write a letter to our local law makers, saying that we want more laws to be made to insure, the fair justice of victims.
