I'm not even going to bother critiquing your grammar; too many mistakes to count. In any case, you also obviously don't have a clue what you're talking about. Maybe you read something somewhere, or you're trying to appear smart by going against conventionally accepted wisdom. In the case of the latter, you failed. Why? Because of the following quote:

"After all, you have to recall that his father did hold The gulf war in 1983. "

Firstly, it should be written in the following manner (grammatical changes highlighted in red):
"After all, you can recall that his father did hold the Gulf War in 1983."

Change "have to" to "can." It makes more sense in the context. And you had the capitalization backwards with "The gulf war."

But beyond that, your facts are wrong too. A gulf war in 1983? The Iran-Iraq war was going on then, which was actually referred to the Persian Gulf War at the time. But that began in 1980 and the United States, despite giving open support to Iraq, was no more engaged in the conflict than any other western country at the time. However, judging by your analysis, the Iran-Iraq war is not war you are referring to, and I wonder if you even know about it.

Rather, it appears you allude to the First Gulf War fought to kick Iraq out of Kuwait. However, this war did not occur in 1983, or even 1993. It occured in the years of 1990 to 1991. But seeing as your date is so wildly off, and seeing as how only an uneducated loon would make the mistake of saying 1983 (George Bush Sr. was only a vice-president then), perhaps I am mistaken.

But lets assume you are an uneducated loon, and if my assumption is wrong, please forgive me. In this case, can it even be truly said the first George Bush did hold the war? The First Gulf War was officially sanctioned by the United Nations, and is only the second war in the history of the UN to be as such (the first being the Korean War). Secondly, the First Gulf War can arguably be called World War III, and it is fashionable to call it as such in some circles. How come? Because over 90 nations participated in kicking Saddam out of Kuwait. Even the declining USSR joined up with the US in the conflict. Troops were sent from all around the globe.

Seeing as how you got so much wrong with the following quote:

Now I'm going to nitpick your grammar, since Bloo didn't.

You have an issue with too many commas. Commas are used to indicate a pause. Read this aloud and you'll see you have way too many commas in all the wrong places.

For example:

I think in that, (pause) the government, (pause) could trick the American people if, (pause) they wanted.
You see that? Makes you sound like some badly programmed robot. No one talks like that. Listen to yourself in everyday speech and see the places where you pause. It's completely natural and it'll come loads easier once you realise not to force commas.

That's pretty much the big grammar issue, and a few mistakes proofreading would fix. But like Bloo said, you have no arguments here. Do some research and get your facts straight. Also, here's a good format to follow when you're writing about opinion:

-Present the issue
-Present the other side of the story
-Present your own side of the story
-Offer a solution

And back both sides up with evidence and opinion.
