I may have to resort to donations if it does come down to getting a server. Of course, what I much rather to do is use an old computer of mine, put in a faster processor, then put a lot of server software on it. Most server software is free, so the only real cost would be the faster processor.
I think what I'm going to end up doing is using my current computer as the server. Wouldn't be able to use it as a computer much after that, but I have a lap top that's almost as good anyways.
But what I'll do first is experiment by running www.nathancaldwell.com off my computer. Might try doing that this weekend.
