OK, I have an idea for a new storybook. I've had this idea swimming around in my head for a while.

So, the year is 20XX, and the gates of Hell have opened all over the city. There's demons, vampires, werewolves, the works. Only small groups of demons are able to go through the gates at a time, but if nothing is done soon more gates will open, allowing legions of Hell's armies to flood into our world. They have to be closed before everything gets out of hand.

Your characters can be any race you want, human, vampire, fairy, etc... Before we start posting our character profiles I want to discuss this idea with anyone who would be interested.

To answer Piepiemann22's questions the time period is 20XX, which means anywhere between 2010 and 2099. I see a lot of people are interested, so let's discuss how we're going to play out the story. Once that's done we can start posting our characters' profiles.

first wouldnt be good to decide the leaders of the Good and evil sides??

Then talk about the first 'battle' between the two sides and the winners (evil perhaps as it would add more to the story)

So, just to clarify, Heaven is not in any way involved in this war between Earth and Hell. So, the good guys (protectors of the human race) are fighting against the bad guys (Hell's legions and anyone else who just want the humans to be wiped out). The storybook ends when all of Hell's gates are closed and the big bad demon boss is slain. I suppose we can work more on the plot as we go but that's pretty much the gist of it, as far as I can think.

Also theres this really awesome demi-god who's helping keeping the doors open, so that way theres two major baddies to deal with?

Good idea, let's roll with that. Any other ideas? Anyone?

Well, maybe we could come up with our own guys. Like, I want to be a dragonair. A dragon, human mix type thing.
