This is cool. I think that top part of her hair needs something cause it makes it not blend in with as much detail as there is with the rest of her hair.
On her left side(I am assuming it's a breast or at lesast some ort of growth) It looks detached. It doesn't quite line up with the rest of her.

You need to work on the hair, especially the part that sticks out towards the left. I'm overwhelmed by her eyelashes, they're so long. I love it though.
I think this is really good. I like her expression. You need to work on the hair though, it doesn't seem to blend well with her face. I love the outfit!
