SORRY 4 THE INCONVINIENCE!!
I'M NOT SURE WHETHER THIS QUALIFIES AS LYRICAL POETRY!! COULD SOMEBODY CLARIFY WHETHER OR NOT IT IS. THANKS
Before I end this poem of woe,
I’d like to let you know before I go
I send thanks to you, O’ deceitful one.
For showing me for how what can be done,
And teaching me a lesson I’ll remember for the rest of my life.
But most importantly,
Inspiring me to write.

Friend or Foe?
If a friend is someone who tells you to do right, when you’re doing wrong,
Someone that can accept when you tell them they've done something wrong,
Someone who does to you what they’d want done unto themselves,
That knows no disloyalty, or falseness,
Loves you for who you are,
For what’s inside
Not due to social rank or pride,
He who seeks no ulterior motive,
If this is so,
What are you to me?
I ask thee?
Friend or foe?
This Only God can know.
