"Nothing, i didn't do this, they weren't supposed to be here." She said backing up, she heard a growl behind her and she stopped. Her courage was draining, she was dead. She laid down and rolled over as Lethero jumped at her. She hit the wall and froze. He walked towards her his lips pulled back in a snarl. "Please, I'm not lying." She pleaded.
"You almost got us killed, why would i spare your life?" He demanded.
"Cause, i didnt mean for this to happen." She said trying to back farther away as he got closer.
Petra didn't want to let her old friend know the trouble she'd been through just yet. It seemed as if she had enough on her plate as it was.
"But it seems you have made some nice new friends."
She sent Lethro a look that could freeze hell. She hated anyone, or anything that even dared to think it was alright to threaten a friend of hers.
She looked back at Nicarga, Her gaze was playful once again.
"So, having a lover's spat are we?"
"Theoretically, if you go to the past in the future, then your future lies in the past. This is a picture of you in the future - in the past."
Fyra swooped down from above.
"Ah, you guys."
She let out a playful whistle and landed right in the middle of the group.
"Let us not fight, it is too nice a day." Fyra turned to the half pixie/elf. "Oh, I do not see one of your kind everyday! And don't try your magic on me, our kind has never had trouble fending off charms."
Turning to the pack, she gave a chilling whistle. The werewolves shook themselves, finding them free of the spell.
Turning back to the pair across from the pack, Fyra laughed. "Taking on a pack of werewolves with firedrake connections? Never a wise plan." She swung her head around, eyeing everyone carefully. "You are all in my territory. There will be no more fighting. Understood?"
It's not easy having a good time. Even smiling makes my face ache.
Nicarga looked at Lethro, he was glaring at her. He didn't back up though,
"You trator," He hissed to low for anyone else to hear. "you'll pay."
"I didn't do anything, i wouldn't have fought them too if i was a trator. Fool, this is the same village that killed my family, and my pack." Nicarga growled back.
Petra was annoyed at how easily the firedrake had undone her magic. Espesially since that particular binding spell had taken her ages to master. But what surprized her even more was her remark.
What had she meant by "your kind"? Elfs were not an uncommon species 'round these parts.
Unless... could she tell she was a half-breed?! Petra was unsettled, though she had heard of the mysterious abilities of the firedrakes, not unlike their cousins the dragons.
She decided not to show her unease. Besides, she liked the spunk and flare the creature had, despite its small size.
Petra smiled once again, and bowed out out of respect for the elder, authoritative creature.
"As long as there is no threat to myself or my friend here, we are at peace."
"Theoretically, if you go to the past in the future, then your future lies in the past. This is a picture of you in the future - in the past."
Nicarga looked over at her friend, she smiled as Lethro laid down not but a few feet from her keeping her where she was. She curled up and licked at a small cut that was on one of her paws. She watched Petra and the firedrake talk.
Lethero spat at the ground. "I'll beleive this time, but if anything like this happens again I'm holding you responsible."
Lethero then sat on the ground and started licking the blood off his fur.
"What do you think you're doing?" asked Nicarga.
"I be resting and getting this putrid human blood of my fur. Pack it be time to rest," and his entire pack sat onto the ground and stared getting the blood off their fur, which seemed little compared to Lethero's.
"Ok, but we better be moving soon."

Fyra settled down, and looked around herself.
"Well, apart from harming humans, what is on the agenda today?"
Lethero looked up. "Cleaning fur, obviously."
Fyra nodded. "Ask a stupid question..."
She settled down, and whistled to herself softly, polishing her scales absent-mindedly.
It's not easy having a good time. Even smiling makes my face ache.
"Dresko, you and your hunting, go get us some deers," Lethero ordered. "And you, elf, I don't know what you eat, but get whatever it is you need. I'm not sending my wolves to go berry gathering," and with that he set back to cleaning his fur.

Fyra looked at Petra, ignoring the fact Lethero had taken command. "I'll join you, if you like. I have no taste for deer. Maybe I will find something better with you."
It's not easy having a good time. Even smiling makes my face ache.
Petra looked over at Nicarga. She didnt want to leave her alone with the others, but she knew her pride would be hurt if she didnt let her make amends.
She walked over and picked up a short-bow and some arrows that had fallen from one of the men in battle.
"Of course you are welcome to join me if you would like. It should be easy to find some berries around here" she said pointedly for Lethero's benefit, "and maybe some rabbits as well."
Lethero made a low gutteral noise, but it was cut off as soon as Fyra looked at him. Petra heard him mutter,
"Should have left her where we found her..."
"Oh, but then who would have saved you from this clever little elf?" remarked Fyra.
Petra smiled, and the two set off to find some food.
"Theoretically, if you go to the past in the future, then your future lies in the past. This is a picture of you in the future - in the past."
After about an hour passed since Dresko and his hunting team left they returned with ten full-sized deers. When they set the first one down in front of Lethero, they took the others and distrubuted them through the pack.
Lethero dug into the meat like he hasn't eaten in weeks. He ripped to peices and when he put one peice in his mouth he enjoyed every warm, bloody bite.
When he knew he couldn't eat no more he called over to Nicarga, "Do you want the rest of it."
