If you look at the various threads and forums, you'll soon pick up the hang of it all! And if you do a lot of critiquing for other people's works, they'll be more likely to crit your's - plus you'll get yourself a good reputation if you do good crits, and you'll get yourself well known. That's a good beginning. And you can PM me if you want me to crit any of your writings.
