name association

Ha, well I have a hard time with this one because I have a character named Emma (hence my last name association being Emma) so I already know what I think of her. BUT I'll try to change it up a little.

Emma is a twelve year old girl, the older sister to a nine year old girl and the younger sister to a thirteen year old boy. Emma is stuck in a twelve year olds universe when all the wants to do is be older--she hates the immaturity surrounding the twelve year old world. She is a gymnast and is on a team with none of her friends from school. She could be an olympic hopeful if she tried hard for the next few years, but she doesn't really want it.


Grace

I think of a very christian girl or one with a very religious upbringing. With red hair ala Will & Grace.

Lydia

I think of that really obnoxious little girl on Party of Five (anyone else have any idea what I'm talking about??). So I see a preteen girl, dark eyes, long dark hair. Would do anything for her family, but she desperately craves attention from them as well so she is constantly getting into trouble and needing their help to get out of it.


Savannah (aka Vannah)

A quiet, country girl with long legs and braids, who thinks about the meaning of life while sitting on the porch.

Sensuret

A child of a past flower child, who regrets the decision to name there child this as soon as the crack wears off. She is in late teens/early twenties ish I'd say, sensitive to everything (emotionally, physically), frail, never played sports, legs like a bird.


Anya

I think of a short, Slavic girl with gorgeous dark tresses whose life is going to be interrupted by something drastic soon.

Lillianna

I think of a French girl ( no idea why ) who is about 18 years old, mature, beautiful--and forever chased by high school boys to absolutely no avail.


Meaghin

A rich girl, probably blond (either naturally or dyed) who, while she isn't inherently bad, has always had everything handed to her--much to her own detriment. Full of herself, but not in a conscious way. Good heart, but with no connection to real life for people who don't have constant access to Daddy's plastic.

My best friend's older sister.

Iana as in Tatiana

I'm not a big fan of Tatiana, but I like Iana. The only complaint I really have in that when I read it I have a strong urge to place an L between the I and the A....yea.

I say Iana is a high school girl, a cheerleader, popular but not as ditzy as most of her friends. Either incredibly wealthy or from the projects (taking a city bus to get to an upstate school or something), probably more wealthy.


Adley (female)

Sounds like Bradley. Her parents teach yoga, and own a organic food store. To rebel, she bought a bunch of piercing that she's now regretting. Wants to be a lawyer.
