I've rediscovered my passion

I quit writing, something which had been a large part of my life, about two years ago. Then i stopped reading books, something which i had loved doing since i first learnt to read. For some reason the other week i had an overwhelming urge to read, i ended up reading Invisible monsters (which was junk) and Derren Browns book, which lost it halfway through. Regardless of what i thought the books, i found myself enjoying reading again. Then I realised i still wanted to write, a dream which i thought had withered and died within me a long time ago. Well, basically i just wanted to say 'I'm back!' 'tis all. I hope to show you some of my work in the future. I apologise if my post sounds...silly

I don't think your post sounds funny at all. I'm glad you've 'rediscovered your passion'. I'm looking foward to reading some of your work here on the site.
