I love what you've done to the skin of the horse, it looks reptilian. I like the banner at the bottom too. What program are you using?
The horse's main (mane? I don't know) looks like it's plastered to the skin. I think I'd like it better if it were a little more 3-D. That's my only suggestion, though.
