Photoshop

I got a Photoshop not long ago but i had Paint.net long before. But i have been wroking on many pictures and i am stuck.....Dose anyone have any tips good tips. I have several pics but there on my myspace here is that page. Plz crtic and really want to improve any tips or ideas would be appreciated.

The best thing I have found to ever do is to simply screw around.
10 minutes or an hour, just screw around with options and drawing stuff until something clicks.

Got me through PS, Flash, and Lithunwrap.
