The Mr Stephens they arrested was a bit of a dodgy guy actually, the Mirror interviewed him a day before his arrest because he'd been close to all of the victims - I gather he was an ex police officer who when his wife left him began using prostitutes, he drove them to their drug dealers and things apparently. But even he said in the interview he expected to be taken in for questioning as he was so close to them.
I think they arrested another guy two days ago too, but are still out searching, ie don't think they've found the murderer?
