Hello, welcome to the thread!
This here is the little corner of the internet where I plan to write down thoughts, poetry, rants, shorts (probably either lyrical or in the style of a play), letters (some to you!) and other stuff that doesn't quite fit the categories of the publishing center, or that I just don’t have enough energy to review for.
(Note: there’ll definitely be drawings, too!)
About the title: I really love it when people make mythology references in their thread titles, so of course I had to do that myself, too. Since I’m half Japanese, I decided to go with eastern myths, and of those there’s one that has always stuck with me: akai ito, the red string of fate. It may tangle, twist, get stuck on something, or stretch, but it’ll never get severed. And it doesn’t guarantee anything except that the meeting will be inevitable.
A red thread is tied to the scapegoat’s horns, too, and I imagine the sacrificial lamb being led and bound to the altar with a red rope.
OH. RIGHT. The warnings.
I’m not sure, but I think I’ll be talking about death (‘cause it’s such an interesting subject. I don’t plan on dying, don’t worry), depression, maybe addiction, self-harm and suicide (those three would be of my characters, not of me). I doubt there’d be cursing, but I’m not sure so I’m still warning you.
Well, I’m finishing here! Have a wonderful day, person reading this!

Earth means life means death
One thing people often seem to forget about the earth is that she isn’t just a symbol of life, but also death. In return for feeding us, she demands that we feed her.
I’m not trying to make her out to be a monster, by the way. Just trying to say that earth means life means death.
Well, where was I? Right. I like to imagine that people who don’t believe in gods, people who are down-to-earth, will go not to flames, but to the earth in the end. The earth is quite kind, and will invite them to rest: she will embrace them and put flowers on their head and that is all. All and everything, eternity.

Wicked people never have time for reading. It's one of the reasons for their wickedness.
