Okay then.

I think you should write a story about a main character in pursuit of power locked in a broken world so as to either escape it, or help fixing it. That main character’s goal should be roaming around the land looking for skill scrolls that contain lost martial moves that once belonged to various schools of combat, and if one reads them/looks at the magically animated images shown, they learn them.
Now, what this main character doesn’t know at first is that when you read and retain a skill scroll, you don’t just learn the skill from it, you also obtain various personality traits associated with whoever made the scroll in the first place (so if you copy a high kick, learned from a scroll and the gal who made it is an elegant but refined vulgar person who loves dark humor, maybe the guy who read the scroll is gonna develop a similarly crude but witty sense of humor).

Since you love DMC5 and your name is literally Vergil, you should style your main character around Vergil, and make it a combat-heavy tale that’s actually about showcasing that pursuing power even for a noble goal changes you drastically, in this case literally because the main character gradually becomes influenced by the bits of powers he absorbs.

You also like the Binding of Isaac, so you could take inspiration from that by making it so that your main character is so obsessed with poser because he used to be horrendously powerless, and survived a traumatic event that shaped his vision of the world in a way that’s healthy because it gives him tremendous willpower, yet unhealthy because he’s so tunnel-visioned it’s difficult for him to notice he’s letting himself be influenced by the very power he seeks.
Since you’re a fellow enjoyer of Baby Driver, you should make transportation important. Make it a world of wanderers wherein having your own ride means having a place to store your belongings, or a modified ride that enhances your combat capabilities, similar to how Dante’s DMC5 self can turn his bike into a weapon.

I also think you should be careful not to make it a power fantasy, such as by introducing fellow wanderers that are just as if not more powerful than the protagonist, and that in different ways. Better technique, better influence, better ride, better scrolls. Maybe some of them can only be obtained through participating in an auction. If you especially like Don Quixote, you’re very aware of the dangers of a quest for adventure if it flirts too close to delusion, and that’s definitely something you can explore in a world where people can obtain physical/magical abilities through finding skill scrolls.
Make the setting a dark urban fantasy one in which magic, technology, and the concepts of demons and humans exist in relative harmony — the genre blend is going to give you a lot of freedom to experiment with things. Add in a bit of Wuxia for the skill scrolls to really make it feel different from everything else.

Also, I think you should use the rest of the referenced works of art that you like and write a worldbuilding document on the side with which you figure out a way to include them.
What you like, after all, is honestly not random. It’s just your calling, something that’s a part of you that’s there to help you make your work unique.

Have fun.

You could write about a random thing that has happened to you happening to an oc or a favorite character like for example having to go to multiple stores in a 100 mile radius for one item or using a microwave. It should help with getting back into the feel of writing.
