Minmi Surgical technologics resident: UNIT S

With no records of her parents--speculative that they passed during the events of the Midas touch--her birth origins are unknown. Through the current sphere of tech, HECI ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRIES has partnered with the VULCAN STANDFOR to continue studies on what was left behind from the catastrophe. Currently 20, Minmi is stationed at UNIT S, tinkering and producing `headispec` tech for the military(and a bunch more duties)--due to a unidentified fracture on her chest Minmi experiences a dissonance with the current time-lane, seemingly part of her is living in a different state of the world. Already born with a high potence of subatomic charge, the fissure seems to strenghten the prexisting form enabling manipulation to a greater extent.

The head-gear seen on Minmi is a wave enhancer, mostly used as a mute button by her (unironically), though on the greater scale it lets the user of it silence the `ringing`. And amplify soundwaves for clearer and more crisp hearing. `She can hear the crackling and sparks coming from her own flesh, it lulls her to sleep at times, yet it reminds that it isn't over.`

`Archen ark-en` HECI (nepobaby) ATH IUDEX (22)

With a reputation for being reckless, Archen actually holds a pivotol role to the structure of HECI--As the son of `Solon Vincentius`, destined to inherit the position of ATH's Great Sage. Archen's lineage comes from an archaic ath century, where the 7 Sages led the land to glory with their leadership. As they wielded a undefeated hold on the constitution, overseeing everything with unbiased eyes as only they can truly give a proper judgement. With this, they have remained to be a powerhouse, with HECI being seen as the savors after the catastrophe. Said eyes of the Iudex sages can see through every fine line, as if they were the ones to write the history and future, being able to identify flaws, failures and successes from the simplest of ideas. Not to mention they'll see through you too, if you got a crime under the wraps, better find a different place to be caught in.

Archen, though very in love with ensuring all is equal, finds it unequal that he is unable to fully pursue his career of design. As he is always found trying to run away from duties of the fronthouse to gather new materials and observe the construction around the city. With the help of Minmi and her position at VULCAN, you'll usually find them around abandoned obilisks and towers. One to gather inspiration and reconstruction, and for the other to gather more intel. If not there, then the mall and studio it is. Most of Minmi's clothing has been repurposed and designed by Archen, with the two of them having a mini-business for their endeavors.

Vulcan is the god of fire/metalwork/volcanos, IUDEX is the latin word for Judge, HECI semi-stems from the actual acronym HECI (Host embedded Controller interface) basicvally jst enables the OS to communicate with the motherboard (introduced in 2006)

Solon (named after the Solon of Athens) (athenian statesmaker, lawmaker, political philosopher), the Great Sages are losely(atm) based off the 7 Sages of Greece. Vincentius stands for the latin term "conequering" or "prevailing"
