NovMo '25: Counting Crows

Since our beloved education system has decided that this November will not give anyone a break and I can't afford to burn out, we're going to do it differently. (By "we" I mean seven crows under a cloak pretending to be one competent person). How? Excellent question.
Look, my real goal is just to get back into some kind of writing routine and make some progress on my projects. So yes, we have a word count goal, but I count all words written for creative projects in it within November (that means work on novels, short stories, worldbuilding, etc. bit not personal journal or school-related writing). I also prepared checklist of goals I want to achieve during NovMo:

• write at least 10 000 words in monthly wordcount
  
• write at least three short stories
  
• make character profiles for my projects
  
• finish script for beta episode of my fiction podcast kinda? It's always a bit complicated when it comes to scripts, hehe

Notes/Quotes: Started working on short story about one of my OCs, Regette! I wanted to write down her origin story for quite some time and I'm pretty satisfied with it :]

Notes/Quotes: started working on PlanMo prompts. Does it feel like betraying my moral code of panster? Yes. Will I continue simply because the badges are very cute? Also yes.

Notes/Quotes: Finally started writing short story about OC from this Spooktober's Spookiest Character Creator challenge. I really enjoy writing about Carmen, so hopefully I will be able to finish her story tomorrow :P

Notes/Quotes: I made some progress on the character questionnaire, although I'm definitely not going to fill it out completely (after all, I can't completely betray my reputation as a panster, right?). The good thing is that I got through the most annoying part of the story about Carmen, so tomorrow I can finally start writing the actual plot and not just the set-ups. Yay!

Progress: 356 words for fiction podcast, 341 in one narrative project, 242 words for Carmen's short story
Notes/Quotes: And here we see a rare event - Kay having a productive writing hour! I returned to my fiction podcast and I think that the beta episode is slowly coming to its end. I plan to publish that personal narrative around the end of this school year, since I feel like that's the best for it, and I actually think about submitting it somewhere... more professional than YWS. We will see! :]

It looks like I won't be able to work on Oreo, since I can't get access to the manuscript :/ (No big deal, I'll be able to get it with some time, but it will probably take around a week and there's no way how I'll be able to write three chapter in one week of NovMo left). So that's why that goal disappeared from checklist.

A fiction podcast sounds super cool! Those are some concrete goals - cheering you on, Crow!
