Generally seen with a sugary confection nearby, this young operative has been with the Agency since he was a child. Sporting moss green eyes, tanned skin, and soft but fit features, he's Verena's getaway driver. With skills that could easily land him in the winnings of a NASCAR race. He has a sunny disposition, and a love of humor and wit. His favorite feature is his ight brown hair that he keeps just long enough that a strand or two can fall over his forehead, but short enough that he doesn't get a telling off from the Director.
Verena Laufy
Spoiler
A woman of shadowy disposition, Verena is the Agency's top agent, incapable of failure and highly requested by clients. This ghosty skinned, intimidating top agent, has been with the agency since she was a small child. She has no memory of any other life. She sports her shoulder length hair, that many imagine is as dark as her soul, in two braids pinned close to her head. Her pale gray eyes, whose glare may only turn slightly sarcastic at a certain driver of hers. Speaking of sarcasm, it's her favorite term of speaking. Although many will take it literally, which is understandable since you should probably be a little bit afraid of her at all times
Doctor Theodore Spoiler
There really isn't a good story without some frazzled strange figure. This stories takes the form of a short middle aged man, with a weathered face framed by frizzled gray locks of hair. He'll listen to all your stories gladly with dark green eyes hollow from life, that disappear when he smiles. They're often covered by old aviator style glasses from a bygone age, legend knows if their even the right prescription. He's the agency's resident “crazy scientist” that they hide in a basement. Lit solely by sterile LED light bars slung from a cement ceiling. How he ended up there nobody knows.
The Director Spoiler
A Shadow figure, the sole heart of the Agency. As far as anyone knows he's been around since it was founded, which could have been centuries ago. This nameless figure has little known information about him, except for the fact that his dark skin and equally as dark eyes strike fathomless terror into a lot of hearts. He runs the Agency with an iron fist, keeping the clients happy, with some persuasion if he believes it necessary, and Agents and their operatives in their prime.

No, it's not that you didn't succeed. You accomplished a lot, but, if you want to touch people, don't concentrate so much on rhyme and metre. Think more about what you want to say instead of how you're saying it. — LCDR Geordi La Forge
