Who's to say that my light is better than your darkness? Who's to say death is better than your darkness? Who am I to say?

My Inktober goals:

Last year I did Inktober poetry style, where I created digital art pieces, combined with text. I am planning on doing that again this year. I am a lot more comfortable with digital art, but I want to try and do some hand drawn things too as a challenge for myself. I want to most importantly have fun! And also try some calligraphy (by hand with ink) and focus on learning something new everyday!

-have fun!
-try calligraphy with quill and ink
-expand digital art styles/tools I use
-create some poems
-experiment and break typical writing/inktober rules/norms 8)
Who's to say that my light is better than your darkness? Who's to say death is better than your darkness? Who am I to say?

Experimental things I am changing this year:

-I want to ask BIG questions, with each object/prompt... I want this to mean something.
-make messes
-no rules, just expression
-relate each prompt to myself someway, perhaps a memory that could prompt a story attached to the image
-using different mediums to work like drink spills, torn paper, stickers, carvings, people, collages from magazines/books, tape, practical items, 3D models (clay, dried paint, crochet, etc)
Who's to say that my light is better than your darkness? Who's to say death is better than your darkness? Who am I to say?
