Heehee exactly. Some of the smartest, kindest characters in star wars have been clones.

"Peacekeepers seemed like a bad idea from the beginning," Gideon mused. "They should have left the war to actual warriors. Probably wouldn't have dragged out as long."
Tarkin had his own theories about why the war took so long. The chips in the clones' heads strengthened one of those, combined with Emperor Palpatine's clear Sith leanings. His conversations with Dooku suggested some clumsy scrambling on his friend's part, too--half-baked reasons hiding some other motive. The war had been ill-conceived from every angle.

I wish we got more Domino squad lore. They were the original bad batch before it was cool.

He'd had little involvement in the Clone Wars, having only left Dathomir after Dooku had ordered her destruction. He remembered that day all too well. Despite being somewhat of an outlier, he had friends and family who'd been wiped out by the Seperatist droids. All in the name of what? He still didn't know the answers behind it all. It was one of the things that ate at him constantly. They were owed answers.
"Your experience during the Clone Wars must have prepared you well for our path now, Governor." He said, turning his attention to Tarkin.

Rex looking at that picture of him, Fives, Echo, and Cody kicks me in the feels every time. Five's speech on umbara. Hevy's sacrifice. Waxer and Boil. The boys have been through so much. Can't even imagine the PTSD of it all.
all this just casually makes Hemlock the most detestable character in the universe. Though Tarkin didn't think highly of them either, Hemlock was just a freak.

"That is one of the few things I admire about the Empire, it put an end to some of the squabbling." Except now the Empire thought it was a good idea to meddle with the Sith, like the Republic had with the Jedi. Politics and the force were two opposite sides of the spectrum, they would never mesh well.
