All staff work under the all-seeing master. The master is either feared or revered by the staff, and no one alive has seen the master in an actual form. Rumors are spread throughout the staff of what the master does to those that defy him (I'll give you a hint, it's not pleasant). The staff can wish to escape, they are NOT limited to keeping people in the hotel or helping them escape.

I just glanced at the pad and realized we don't have many characters that are trying to escape, so if needed I could make another character who's goal is to escape! (Which I kind of want to do anyways xD)
If there's too many characters already, and ya'll would rather keep it as is, that's perfectly fine too! I could get this character in by the end of today, though!
