I am literally crying right now because I realized there are a lot of things I have learned this year. I have written a novel so far (will share it to this site when my friend helps me edit it), I have improved in my art, and I have learned how to play the guitar and sing. Even though, I have been busy because of school, I try my best to give time to my creative side. Everybody at school thinks I am a topper, jokes on them, I'm not. My average is 94 lol. There are so many things that happened in this year and a lot that are hard to name. But, here is a poem to sum everything up! What a year, everyone!


Two thousand, twenty-four, what a grand year.
This is for the people in my mem'ry.
Fading away, what's in front of me here.
This is for painful lessons I carry.

All the battles I face, the paths I trace.
The year goes far away beyond my back.
It just becomes a number I'll erase.
Now, I am stronger, and I will not crack.

It's good to be optimistic, but know
Know that the world is so unchangeable.
The world may not be changed, but you can grow.
Some crude friends may be unobtainable.

Achieve self-respect and independence.
Seek discernment and the Father's presence.

Upon the moonlight rests a broken frame,
Its corners worn, the glass collects its dust.
No soft song to hum when I call your name,
No hand to guide, just tragedy—no trust.

I seek other men. Thus, it all seems wrong.
An empty space where once a man had stood.
I, your daughter, still sings a silent song,
A symphony no one has understood.

Did death's door or your choice cause your retreat?
A mystery I’ve thought of night and day.
Amazingly, my heart found hope to beat,
