Sera let go of her. "Rickard, I need some extra blankets, please." Rickard approached with an armful, which he helped Sera spread over Ky to keep her limbs warm. "Will she be alright?" he asked her quietly, but Sera's lips just tightened.

Ky grunted in protest to that, too, but was too weak to fight it. She felt her consciousness begin to slip away again. She wasn’t sure whether to fight it. “I wanna go home,” she muttered, switching back to Upper. “This place… not good. No like. Bad things hap…en…ing… here…”
