"I volunteer for anything but the living room," Phoebe said. “That’s the most frequently pranked room and I’m sure I’d find something there. Good luck with that, Bubbles, Savi. How about I take the garage?” That would leave her out of sight in case she got bored and wanted to start something.

So that didn't work at all. What a bummer! "Yeah, yard is fine with me." They shuffled around their feet, already imagining the yard. The only downside was the weather, but they could tolerate that. "It's less of a headache for me after all!" Marsh didn't like yardwork, but they did like being able to hear their own thoughts.

Milan raised an eyebrow at Bubbles and Savi. “I think someone needs to supervise those two. But not me! Because I’m off to clean the bathroom. Toodles.” They scooped the rest of their breakfast into their mouth, then placed the plate in the sink and grabbed their phone. “Text me if you need help, and I may or may not respond. Depends on whether I’m scheming or not.” They stuck their tongue out and skated out of the room on their sock-covered feet.

Bubbles narrowed xer eyes at Milan's receding form. Oh yeah. Someone forgot the shoes rule. It was time to fix that.

"Alright, Savi. You almost done?"

"Mmm hmm....are you?"

Savi turned Milan. "We are perfectly capable of cleaning a bedroom without supervision, thank you very much."

Milan called out, “Yep, I totally, definitely, one hundred percent… don’t believe you!” Then they rounded the corner and headed to the bathroom.

They stood in the doorway and rubbed their hands in classic villain style. “Now, what chaos can I cause here?” they murmured.

"Alright." Raeka caught hold of Charley. "I'll do laundry. Is someone getting kitchen?" She'd already forgotten. "Someone, please get the kitchen. I made breakfast and don't feel like doing anything else in here."

With that, she took the squirmy toddler back to the laundry room to get to work on the multitudes of loads of laundry waiting for her.

"So Bubbles. Shall we then?"

Bubbles nodded. “We shall, we shall.” They went to slide off of Savi’s lap.

Phoebe hopped out of her chair, unable to hold back a cackle that a Disney villain would have envied as she slipped out through the hallway and through the back door. Instead of heading to the garage, however, they made a loop around the back of the house, sneaking back into the kitchen through a window left open to cool the space. Completely unseen, Phoebe nudged into the salt and pepper shakers to the side as she slid off the counter and stood in the middle of the room, wondering what she should clean-- or make a mess out of.

Savi didn't seem to be quite ready to let them because she stood up, still holding onto Bubbles.

It took Raeka about an hour to get the laundry done since she frequently had to stop to re-direct Charley's chaos, but she got it done at last, and then went back into the main area of the house to see how everyone else was faring.

In the living room, Bubbles was putting their finishing touches on a simple water bucket and door prank. Ey stepped back, grinning madly. “Come on, Savi. Walk through blindly. Come onnn.”

Savi marched through the door as she always did, already imagining how her plan to trick Bubbles was going to go. It didn't last long as she was suddenly drenched in water. She looked up and glared. Oh Bubbles was starting early. She whined and turned to see a grinning Bubbles. She pouted.

"Evil. Gimme a hug to make up for it." She charged at Bubbles.

Bubbles giggled madly, taking a step back. “Come on! That’s a classic. How did you manage to fall for that?”
