He could tell Michael, though. And she figured he was going to. So if it was sensitive it was probably best he not be there. But she couldn’t say any of that in front of Gaius and Tomhas without tipping her hand.

Ky looked at Gaius, equally suspicious, and decided to bluff a little. Use the leverage she had on her side to be sure she got honesty from these men who seemed intent on not being honest with her. “He already knows. And he’ll tell me if you don’t.” She glanced at Tomhas, hoping the threat would be enough.
