lol, no. It's about the mummification process atm. Very interesting!

Cool. Do they tell a little bit about how this even started? Someone must have been so macabre and explained to the others that it would be funny to take out the organs and make everything durable for life after death? I mean there has to be a lot of trial and error and experimentation about the body and chemicals.

Oh, probably, but this is an embalming place from 600bc, i believe. I don't know when they started mummifying their dead... Who knows when they started it, tbh.

hm. Whereby probably the emergence of their faith has helped to combine and expand everything. Or somebody was just a weirdo and the others were like yeah, let´s do it. IIt is fully exciting to see how different mummies from different regions are created. Also not wanted ones, like peat mummies or frostbitten sailors in the north. Andean mummies are fascinating, how people still have them laced up like that.
