Haha, this could be added to the other discussion with Shady.
I´m a Junior Compliance Manager. He´s the senior. He worked as a mailman beforehand. That´s it. No experience, he´s 58+ and has no idea what he´s doing. I do most of HIS job. Before I started there, there was a large conflict in the department where 4 people left, and one of them was actually really good, what I heard.
He is no leader. He can´t motivate people. He is nice, that´s a plus, a neighbour one want to have. But he has no idea about what he´s doing.
I come from another place, I did interviews, HR and things, with Psychology and Economics, and that´s what I´m trying to do to fix the place.
As I said, he´s nice, but he has no competence to lead a department with 6 people including 2 people I got in that year I´m there that are actually competent. So in the end, I´m the one who cleans up behind him.

Yeah. I get messages from him like "I don´t know why I can´t do that on the PC" etc...
But he´s also flexible with my work, so I usually can work a lot from home because I have a ride of 2 hours to get there and 2 back.
Not everything is bad with him. I just think that I would take his salary and his position and would bring back the department with the power of friendship with my methods, experience and knowledge.
No doubt! Also owwww that is a LONG commute I would die ;-;

Yeah, but I can take the train if it works after a half-hour drive to the next station. xD And I usually read, write reviews, play video games or just dream. I think that´s why my sleep schedule is so small because I have to wake up at 5 am. That´s why I´m also looking for something new in a larger company where I can travel around the world. Why not Asia or North America? Or South America when my Spanish is good enough.
