I did a five minute oral last year. I literally make no sense when I speak half the time. A five minute oral and someone cried. I got two minutes to write down for an oral for the second round and went in to say it. One nervous breath as you watch everyone. You take a breath and begin to talk. One minute. About philosophers and how we can not candy coat reality with promises of free candy and hugging every child. I got 4th… Everyone… everyone in the entire grade said I should have been first. Unfortunately the judges were two people who dislike me and one person who is an actor. 1st place was more of an act with a box of chocolates as a bribe. Everyone agreed…
