Haha this question gave me flashbacks to both when I got stuck in quick sand and a different time when I got stuck in a mud pit when I was out sampling. Both had me stuck up to my hips and having to find a way to get out haha
I guess I’d pick sand, though. It gave me trust issues because I couldn’t tell the quick sand from the normal sand around it, but I could wiggle out of it faster than I could the mud.
