The Lunar Plains [OOC]

Hi there! You've probably already met before, but I'm Mage [she/her]. I've written one completed RP Realm roleplay set in the wonderful world of Stargate: Atlantis before, but I was suddenly hit with inspiration and wanted to return to it. While this story is heavily inspired by the conflict in one of my favorite sci-fi shows, you definitely don't need to know anything about the show's plot to do this roleplay. You also don't need to know anything about the mechanics and lore of The Bartimaeus Trilogy.

(But if you do know either of those, please let me know! I'd love to geek out about them with you~)

The description of this roleplay hopefully explained the plot, but here's a quick rehash of everything! Your character(s) are taken from their stories and worlds and thrown into a mysterious set of grasslands. They find themselves surrounded by the rest of the cast. In the distance, they can see two things: an old, tiny building and what looks like some kind of ring. I'll happily share that ring picture once they investigate it, but chances are that the characters are going to go to the home first.

Once they're there, they'll meet at least one of my two characters. My guys are going to be the ones trying to get your characters back to their homes—as well as the ones who explain the lore of this galaxy.

(They may or may not be two fanfiction characters of mine. >>)

I have lots of fun schemes in mind, so definitely let me know if you have any other ones you want to throw in, too! I'll do my best to blend them with the plans I already have.

As a quick bit of housekeeping before you joined, this roleplay is over in the Realm. This means the posts are probably going to be on the longer side. Sometimes sentence replies work best, but try to flesh out your replies whenever you can! And feel free to use whatever characters you feel like writing. My characters are very much fanfiction characters and occasionally interact with AU versions of characters that exist in Stargate: Atlantis, so I have absolutely no problems with AU characters and fanfiction characters. Write whatever you think will be the most fun!

My slates full already with the Saeverse RP, and Victorian Drives one, but I'm definitely going to watch. I'm curious to see how things shapes up.
