"The more you say the word, the more Thomas will say it. Children are very impressionable at a young age, so we should keep our mouths figuratively and literally clean. We should attempt to use the least amount of slang we can, replacing it with technical and proper language. If we want Thomas to grow up into a proper young man, we should be proper men ourselves."

Logan adjusted his tie and gently took Thomas from Roman.

"And considering the fact that Roman can't look down at a wet floor sign, I recommend that the rest of us step up and do our jobs."

Remus tended to joke around quite harshly with his brother, but Roman did the same occasionally, so it was all in good fun.

Thomas kept struggling, but eventually gave up. The small child yawned, and Logan softly smiled in response, before he realized that he was showing emotion. He went back to his neutral expression.

Patton gasped.

Janus woke up

"what did i miss?"

"I did not smile, Patton. I moved my lips in an upward curve. Oh good Janus, you're up. Would you mind taking care of Thomas for a bit? I have some important work to do."

He handed the child to Janus and rushed off, trying to stop blushing and smiling.

"If you can put Virgil to sleep, you can put Thomas to sleep."
