Also which genres are most popular here, like some sites only favour romance, so does adventure fantasy stand a chance

You can earn points by doing reviews, and then use them to post. They can also be donated or used to give gifts to other members.

Adventure fantasy is pretty popular, generally anything that falls into the teens or young adult fiction goes well. Short stories tend to be more popular than novels just because there seems to be a preference for shorter works.

If you want to boost popularity then networking is really useful. Engaging with others in the forums, doing reviews, posting in the people tab, that sort of thing.

If you're ever stuck or need help, poke one of the people with green names, they're super friendly.
