Weirdo's art page

So this is where I post my artwork, my thoughts on art, and if I used prompts, I post them here as well.

This is what I did for fun today.
The prompts I used were draw an animal and doodle inside it. If someone else tries the same prompts, please share it with me. Also, if you are wondering how much time it took, it took all day. Basically, I doodled for a while and then did something else for a few minutes before going back to doodling

I have been practicing drawing characters, this is what I got

So this is what I did last week. I drew triangles with a pencil, doodled inside it, rubbed the lines of the triangle and used a highlighter on top of the paper.
It took a week, but I only did it for around twenty minutes at a time. My place in class is in direct view of the teacher, so I can't sleep, I doodle instead

This is stuff that is not really new, but I was going through my sketchbook and saw these. It would be a lie that I am not proud of all this, considering I still don't go for art classes.
Gosh, I really need to join an art class quick.

Again, going through old book and saw my first ever doodles that are worth sharing.
The order I did them in is bottom to top.

Just did this. I know, I should probably be studying for my exam that is two days from now, but there is only so much I can study without losing concentration. So, I decided to distract myself for a little time.

Today, after I was back from exams (last exam!!!), I did this. It doesn't look so good in the picture but it is better in person (which of course you guys can't see).

Wow! INSPIRING !!

I haven't done any artwork since Monday, when I found out about tragic that will take time getting over. But, it's high time I at least try to get out of this state of shock. This is my latest painting, which defines my mood, the aftermath of a snow storm, trees are covered in snow, and it still snowing a little.

I try sketching. I know you're asking, What is wrong with the face? I can't get it right for some reason, any help you guys have?

Very nice! My advice for the face is to not worry so much about the details because this is a full-body shot. And anyway it's good to always see the face/head as a 3D object rather than a flat shape with lines for the nose, mouth, and eyes. So - concentrate more on the shape of the head and the shading you would do instead of the tiny details that would be harder to see anyway from this distance. Keep up the good work! And don't be afraid to learn from reference photos.

So I didn't draw for a while as I had artist block, but I am back!
